- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

• 1+ years of structured cabling (Copper/Fiber) Installation experience
• Complete understanding of industry cable test procedures and equipment for a variety of different cabling systems (Copper/Fiber test equipment, OTDR, Network analyzer, VFL etc.)
