-Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
-Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
-Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning within internal SLA
-Perform PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
-Technical writing to support change management program
-Monitor daily work requests and manage to resolution, and execute projects from conception to completion
-On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislationPhysical Requirements:-Regularly lift and/or move up to 39 pounds independently
-Participate in group lifts for 40+ pounds

- Minimum of 5 years in large-scale system architecture design or application development of complex IT solutions.
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends in open-source, distributed databases, containers, devops, real-time analytics, or Generative AI.

Key job responsibilities· Work with customers to provide visibility and guidance around their AWS Services account through regular Operational Service Reviews and Reporting.
· Work with application owners to develop and standardize test, upgrade, and release management processes.
· Engage with Director and C-Level executives to understand business needs.
· Go “toe to toe” with customer technical stakeholders on most issues.
· Be the voice of the customer and work with internal AWS resources to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met.

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Transition Management, IT Consulting, or IT Delivery experience working in a customer facing role with a high level of accountability.
- Hands on experience leading large-scale Cloud based IT transformation projects
- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing delivery role (design/implementation/ consulting) at a cloud services provider, managed services provider or managed hosting provider.
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills to successfully engage with customers and colleagues. This role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers, presentations, project plans and other written deliverables.
