As a Solutions Architect at Amazon in Cambodia, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the future of how customers think about and use technology. Your daily tasks as a Solutions Architect include designing and developing innovative cloud-native solutions, defining customer requirements and developing Proofs of Concept with the latest technologies, and managing relationships with customers and service partners. You will be the primary technical contact for customer engagements, which often require interaction with software and support groups as well as other technical engineers and engineers. In addition, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions, as well as participating in customer presentations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts. You will use your experience and expertise to develop original solutions to complex customer problems. This requires combining creative thinking with proven technical designs and architectures that will meet the customer’s business needs. You will be expected to apply your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to ensure the success of customer projects. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. You must be capable of working effectively on a technical, cross-functional, and customer service basis.
