Salesforce Administrators proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and elevate robust and scalable solutions. In this role, you will create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build world-class features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. You will design and build new features while helping implement new global initiatives. You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets. Your technical skill-set and teamwork capabilities will be key contributors to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. While the Salesforce platform will be your primary focus, you will have the opportunity to learn and support AWS technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce administration and hands-on configuration experience• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform• Proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and custom objects• Proficiency with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field


Preferred Qualifications
