Job Summary

As the Project Manager, you will work closely with various technical and non-technical team members. You will be the subject matter expert on agile project methodology, managing dependencies, scoping, mitigating risks, resolving issues, authoring contract change orders, and managing timelines and budgets.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects within a set budget
  • Manage stakeholders and teams working with multiple clients onsite and remotely
  • Lead, define and prioritize business functional requirements
  • Produce and manage a detailed project plan to suit customer requirements
  • Participate in the creation and review of all project documentation
  • Set and manage deadlines with clients and internal team: assign responsibilities, monitor the progress of projects, create weekly client status reports and calls
  • Serve as the main contact for client relationships and communication
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing the project delivery of Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches to project management
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (including but not limited to: implementations, upgrades, and new installations)
  • Demonstrated ability to mitigate risk proactively
  • Design solutions, translate business needs into processes and systems and define business requirements into a technical plan
  • Team player with the ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity.
  • The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.

  • Become the trusted advisor and partner for our key accounts in IL.
  • Manage the post-sales customer journey for your book of business from Onboarding through Renewal and Advocacy, utilizing a growth mindset throughout to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the customer executives and key stakeholders to ensure metrics for success are agreed upon and a mutual success plan of action is in place.
  • Meet regularly with customers to ensure the maximum value of the contract is being attained and continually verify and document customers' objectives, requirements, and value that they receive from our service.
  • Create key customer deliverables (presentation, recommendations, and risk mitigation plans).

  • BS/BA or equivalent
  • 3 years of proven customer success management experience or relevant industry experience. Work experience in the professional environment of managed services is desirable.
  • Must demonstrate strong persuasion skills to influence colleagues and customers and thrive in high-impact situations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and you can conscientiously manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex customers and mediate between competing interests and personalities to improve customer satisfaction and drive growth.
  • Must be able to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of AllCloud offerings and services and how they apply to the customer’s needs.
