Job Summary

As the Project Manager, you will work closely with various technical and non-technical team members. You will be the subject matter expert on agile project methodology, managing dependencies, scoping, mitigating risks, resolving issues, authoring contract change orders, and managing timelines and budgets.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects within a set budget
• Manage stakeholders and teams working with multiple clients onsite and remotely
• Lead, define and prioritize business functional requirements
• Produce and manage a detailed project plan to suit customer requirements
• Participate in the creation and review of all project documentation
• Set and manage deadlines with clients and internal team: assign responsibilities, monitor the progress of projects, create weekly client status reports and calls
• Serve as the main contact for client relationships and communication

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing the project delivery of Salesforce implementations
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches to project management
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (including but not limited to: implementations, upgrades, and new installations)
• Demonstrated ability to mitigate risk proactively
• Design solutions, translate business needs into processes and systems and define business requirements into a technical plan
• Team player with the ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity.
• The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis/ System Analysis, including; gathering requirements from clients, writing functional and technical documents, understanding of database architecture, including ERD
• 2 years of experience in defining requirements within Salesforcen platform- must
• Experience in Systems Analysis for Web Applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required
• The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements

• Designed and implemented Salesforce solutions for clients, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, driving continuous improvement and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to provide innovative and effective solutions.

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Salesforce Consultant/ Project Manager in various companies.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce: Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud, advanced Configuration, security/permissions Mgt, Data Migration, Data Model.
• Familiar with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations.
• Experience in Agile project methodology including backlog management, user story & acceptance criteria, sprint planning, etc.
