  • Coach and evaluate team performance via co-travel sessions, analytics, and regular feedback to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and territory optimization

  • Ensure clinical readiness by guiding teams in educating customers on Invisalign and iTero products, fostering confidence and adoption in dental practices

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s innovative clinical solutions and ClinCheck software
  • Provide expertise, training and guidance to marketing and commercial teams and ensure they have sufficient clinical knowledge and information regarding the company's products
  • Investigate and Analyse Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events
  • Drive and accelerate clinical confidence for selected groups of doctors via specifically designed educational programs in close coordination with customer support and sales team
  • Provide clinical support & education to orthodontists as well as might do within DSO organizations and Universities
  • Work cross-functionally to execute & coordinate Align educational programs and supports the achievement of predefined business goals

Skills Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in dentistry or othodontics or other high qualification in dental area
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German, fluency in English
  • To be willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the area of Switzerland and southern Germany
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience of directly related experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas is a must
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills)
  • Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
  • Driving license (cat. B)

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required in a business-to-business (B2B) sales role or industry dental experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant combination of sales (inside or outside) and industry experience. Knowledge of Dental industry including implants, restorative and laboratories is preferred.
  • Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability to have business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and ask the right business questions.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for navigating web-based platforms and digital tools. Solid computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM system (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organization skills, including time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
  • High customer-service standard.
  • Troubleshooting ability, including research and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position which includes lifting up to 40lbs.

  • Minimum of 5 years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferably to small business owners in health-related industry (i.e., dentistry, optometry, veterinary, chiropractic etc.). Preference for candidates with industry experience selling a medical device, dental, General practitioner dentistry or capital equipment preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales effectiveness and targets; demonstrating an effective territory planning and account management with a relentless drive to achieve results and self-initiative.
  • Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability & comfort having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
  • Experience selling multiple products/services and tailoring solutions to diverse customer needs; demonstrating comfort with having clinical discussions with both Invisalign and iTero Products.
  • Strong focus on teamwork and a proven experience building and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Proven capability to navigate through change and operate with speed and agility.
  • Qualified candidates are strategic territory managers who will prioritize and maximize business opportunities while building trust and providing great customer experience.
