As a participant in our program, you will gain valuable experience and contribute through meaningful project work. You will have the opportunity to join us for training, networking events, and engagements with company leadership. Our internships are open to students and graduates.Start: July 1st
Duration: 6 months
Salary: 36 PLN gross/h


Partner with the best

As an Accounts Payable and T&E Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with suppliers, members of the Procure to Pay team
  • Providing support for the full-life cycle of accounts payable to ensure accuracy of financial records and payments
  • Identifying and resolving any issues and inconsistencies related to invoices and associated purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Processing and reconciling travel & expense reimbursement in Concur
  • Supporting the local corporate card program (corporate cards reconciliation, managing corporate card applications)
  • Supporting analytics and reporting

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have solid Excel skills with experience of vlookups, pivot tables and functions
  • Have good analytical and problem solving skills to be able to gather, synthesize and summarize data
  • Be eager to contribute in a high-growth, fast paced, technology oriented environment
  • Be able to effectively communicate in business English both written and verbal
  • Be comfortable operating in a communicative, feedback driven cross-functional environment
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems
  • Be customer focused, willing to help and resolve issues in a timely way
  • Have an ability to work on your own and manage multiple activities concurrently

Work in a way that works for you

Our 6-month intern program starts in July. The program requires you to be available 40 hours per week during summer months (July-September). We offer the opportunity to work part-time during the academic year (October-December).

As a Tax Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the VAT and other taxes compliance process for various countries
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets and work papers to support VAT tax returns for selected foreign entities
  • Creating Purchase orders concerning tax services and wire requests supporting tax payments
  • Working with other finance teams to support financial operations in relation to tax requirements
  • Performing special projects or duties as required within the tax department

  • Be a student in Tax Advisory, Accounting, Finance, Business or Law
  • Have fluency in English - written and verbal
  • Possess great analytical skills
  • Be able to create clear and concise documentation and workpapers
