Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify enterprise account leads and opportunities. You will focus on analyzing business needs by conducting information-gathering and pre-qualify opportunities through phone, social and email engagement. You will be generating qualified opportunities for regional sales teams.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, prospecting and penetrating target accounts to achieve pipeline and booking sourced goals
  • Updating lead and prospect activity in SalesLoft to optimize sales and marketing processes
  • Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience
  • Setting qualified introductory meetings for sales representatives and nurturing top-of-funnel pipeline

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 2 years of related industry work experience and a bachelor's degree or demonstrate relevant, equivalent experience
  • Have experience identifying business needs through information-gathering and pre-qualifying opportunities
  • Have experience engaging with customers and prospects via phone, email and social strategies
  • Be comfortable speaking with IT decision makers via various mediums
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar CRM solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the security and cloud industry, and be naturally curious about industry trends
  • Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to take initiative and learn independently
  • Show adaptability and a continuous learning attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment
