This position will play a crucial role in timely and accurate tax return preparation and filing, reporting accurate tax provision forecast, managing audits of tax authorities and external auditors, while strategically minimizing tax liabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and submit timely tax returns, tax computations and tax estimates
• Prepare group tax reports quarterly and communicate with global tax team
• Manage transfer pricing related matters and work closely with Global Transfer Pricing team to prepare necessary documentation
• Assess impact of tax legislation changes, improve internal process and provide tax advice to stakeholders
• Participate and provide tax advice on various projects to manage and minimize potential tax liability risks
• Manage response to tax audit / investigation by tax authorities in accordance with local tax regulation as a first point of contact for other departments

• Desire and ability to work closely and collaboratively with other stakeholders on various projects/issues at market and global level

General Purpose:
Technical SEO Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead the identification and resolution of technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, rendering challenges and indexability problems.
Act as the main point of contact with product teams to implement technical SEO recommendations, ensuring a smooth integration with existing technical systems and processes.
Establish and promote robust SEO Quality Assurance processes for all development cycles, including pre-launch and post-launch checks during platform updates and new feature rollouts.
Drive the adoption of Global tech SEO best practices, providing training, documentation and support to ensure scalability across markets.
Optimization & Testing
Oversee key technical optimization initiatives, including site speed enhancements (e.g., Core Web Vitals metrics like LCP, INP and CLS).
Scale the existing SEO testing framework, supporting regional SEO teams to conduct split tests that validate technical and strategic changes.

Requirements, Education & Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong background in implementing strategies within an eCommerce environment.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a cross-functional organization, developing influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Very good project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from conception to execution and deliver measurable results.
Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
