Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • The role will carry out Forecast & Planning, support fulfilment for Last Mile & Returns and measure & analyze DC performances focused on ecom channel. The expectations from the role are implementing and analyzing relevant reports and KPIs, owning the planning and execution of relevant Campaigns, supporting overall ecom operations while resolving customer complaints and issues. The role is tasked with ensuring a smooth, transparent, and robust connection between all relevant stakeholders from inside and outside of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the operations via management of the existing 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL); DC and Outbound Providers
  • Responsible to align Inbound, Outbound & Return Forecasts with business and stakeholders, translate these into an execution plan, track and monitor accuracy and analyze trends with a focus on ecom operations
  • In close cooperation with 3PL, plan and align the warehouse capacity for outbound & returns with a focus on ecom operations
  • Monitor and report on all inventory areas, measuring accuracies and losses to the agreed contract SLA’s and KPIs with a focus on ecom operations
  • Inventory forecasting and reporting: Capacity forecasting and reporting, DC utilization, improve stock accuracy. Monitor cycle counting activities, perform inventory reconciliation between physical quantities, WMS and SAP and ensure stock adjustments timely done with required approvals documented with a focus on ecom operations.
  • Own the planning and monitoring of campaigns and events (especially Cyber Planning & Holiday Readiness)
  • Ensure a meaningful and robust daily monitoring and audit of the order flow. Follow up on fulfilment requests, complains and incidents. Provide feedback to stakeholder and requestors in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Own SLA update and control all appropriate operational and management reports and dashboards for assigned business and operations processes Closely follow up on enhancements and drive SLA Achievements, for DC ops and outbound distribution providers.
  • Contribute to Supply Chain related projects
  • Be responsible and manage business escalations.
  • General pick & pack performance tracking with an ecom focus

  • Overall campaign and hype tracking with an ecom focus
