This role is responsible for planning and managing assigned categories to ensure our stores receive the right product at the right time. With a strong focus on segmentation, differentiation, and both quantitative and qualitative insights, this position aligns category strategy with key stakeholders, maximizes profitability, and follows regional guidelines to deliver on DTC objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assortment analysis to identify seasonal risks and opportunities.
Plan, purchase, and allocate products across stores to ensure availability and efficiency.
Partner with key stakeholders (Brand, Retail Operations, Supply Chain) to guarantee strategy execution.
Build reports and provide actionable insights on campaigns, product activations, and category performance based on core KPIs (Sell-through, Rate of Sale, Weeks of Coverage, SM, etc.).
Drive continuous improvement in product and assortment planning efficiency.
Manage full product lifecycle (Retail Intro / Exit), ensuring effective clean-up during transitions (End of Season Sale) and maintaining depth and coverage of key articles.
English: Intermediate to Advanced (conversational level required).
Strong knowledge of Excel (data analysis, reports) and PowerPoint (presentations, strategy alignment).
Analytical mindset, detail orientation, and strong communication skills.

• Ensure and lead shopping experience and continuously maximize profitability from the store portfolio, in conjunction with key stakeholders, including the Retail Director and the Regional Retail Team to ensure the best consumer experience
• Make recommendations to the Retail Director on commercial opportunities at Market level by analyzing retail KPI’s and local retail trends and needs to deliver expected goals
• Create and drive a high-performance culture across the Market by setting clear expectations and targets, holding District and Store Managers accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback to deliver the best working environment
