To ensure the delivery of sustainable and profitable retail market share growth across all Monobranded Own Retail/Franchise Stores in LAM operating within the parameters of the Global Retail Key
Responsibilities:
• Meeting or exceeding agreed net sales and profitability targets to deliver on company's expectation targets
• Leading by example on the development of a trading and service culture within the retail back office (RBO) and field teams to deliver the best consumer experience
• Motivating and inspiring the Market field and retail back office (RBO) teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI’s, and build Brand equity

• Implementing, driving and ensuring compliance with agreed Global Retail CoE processes and standards for field and RBO operations to deliver on global policies and procedures
• Developing and executing local retail relevant and specific processes in close cooperation with the Global Retail CoE to support countries on their needs
• Lead and develop District and Store Managers to ensure high quality Store Management performance to build a talent pool for higher Operations roles
• Ensure and lead shopping experience and continuously maximize profitability from the store portfolio, in conjunction with key stakeholders, including the Retail Director and the Regional Retail Team to ensure the best consumer experience
• Make recommendations to the Retail Director on commercial opportunities at Market level by analyzing retail KPI’s and local retail trends and needs to deliver expected goals
• Create and drive a high-performance culture across the Market by setting clear expectations and targets, holding District and Store Managers accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback to deliver the best working environment

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.
Responsibilities include:Supporting the Store Manager in:
• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
• Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
• Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
• Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
• Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
To be successful in your application, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear

· Inspirationally lead retail stores to a world class position by focusing on the 5 P’s: People, Product, Premises, Processes and Profit.
· Ensure a leading shopping experience and continuously maximise sales and profitability from the store portfolio, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
· Manage and control operational expenses (OPEX) in line with the retail budget.
· Make recommendations to the Snr. Manager Retail Operations on commercial opportunities at Market level, setting up best practice and benchmarking for success.
· Effectively complete store visits to develop and follow up on practical and achievable action plans.
· To lead the recruitment, on boarding, training and development efforts in his/her stores, actively managing the succession planning process and ensuring all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
· Supporting the Snr Manager Retail Operations with peer group to deliver a world class retail business and maximise brand equity.
· Continuous improvement through developing and executing local retail relevant and specific processes in close cooperation with the support functions.

· Adhere to Global standards for all retail marketing, visual merchandising, SHINE and other store related activities, and monitor/evaluate established processes to guarantee stores’ full compliance.
· To work closely with HR, VM, Retail Marketing and B&M to ensure optimal service to the stores enabling store managers to operate smoothly and efficiently.

· Strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience of leading multi store retail teams.
· Excellent communication skills including impactful presentation skills, influencing and negotiating and change management.
· Advanced numeracy and literacy, with good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Retail systems.
· Geographical mobility within UAE.
· Fluency in English. Local language advantage.
· University degree in business (ideally with marketing and sales focus) or equivalent relevant experience.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retail and trade marketing Industry, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG, with an operational background.
· UAE driving license is a must.
