  • Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions

  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the operations via management of the existing 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL); DC and Outbound Providers
  • Monitor the performance of last mile delivery suppliers and overall B2B/B2C performance
  • Monitor Distribution from DC to adidas stores and Wholesale customers
  • Responsible to align Inbound, Outbound & Return Forecasts with business and stakeholders, translate these into an execution plan, track and monitor accuracy and analyze trends with a focus on ecom operations
  • In close cooperation with 3PL, plan and align the warehouse capacity for outbound & returns with a focus on ecom operations
  • Monitor and report on all inventory areas, measuring accuracies and losses to the agreed contract SLA’s and KPIs with a focus on ecom operations
  • Inventory forecasting and reporting: Capacity forecasting and reporting, DC utilization, improve stock accuracy. Monitor cycle counting activities, perform inventory reconciliation between physical quantities, WMS and AFS and ensure stock adjustments timely done with required approvals documented with a focus on ecom operations.
  • Own the planning and monitoring of campaigns and events (especially Cyber Planning & Holiday Readiness)
  • Ensure a meaningful and robust daily monitoring and audit of the order flow. Follow up on fulfilment requests, complains and incidents. Provide feedback to stakeholder and requesters in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Own SLA update and control all appropriate operational and management reports and dashboards for assigned business and operations processes Closely follow up on enhancements and drive SLA Achievements, for DC ops and outbound distribution providers.
  • Contribute to Supply Chain related projects
  • Be responsible and manage business escalations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert in Last mile delivery, reverse logistics & ecommerce
  • Expert in Warehousing, Distribution
  • Inventory Tracking & Forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making

PURPOSE

  • A key player in Global Sourcing in driving Sourcing’s vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry.
  • Lead the overall business of the Operation Centers/designated factories or factory groups and manage the relationships between adidas Group and Tier1 ensuring that adidas Sourcing objectives are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the overall sourcing business, operations, and functions in designated groups of factories/operations centers, to execute the global sourcing strategies.
  • Accountable for leadership of the Development & Commercialization and Production teams in the supplier groups/OCs ensuring that they fully carry out their expected JD/R&R and that all company standards are met with support from relevant functional heads when needed (including development, material, costing, quality, SEA & ME).
  • Own all KPI performance of the managed vendors within assigned “Country of Origin (“CoO”) and own the relationship at Supplier Group level where relevant.
  • Drive company key initiatives, such as Quality, ME/CI, SPIKE, and Tier1/Tier2 alignment programs and projects to ensure overall and supplier capabilities are industry leading / world class.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with the factory senior management and internal functional leads to ensure quick resolution of issues as well as engage them in the overall company strategies.
  • Represent operations both internally & externally and foster a strategical partnership and relationship with our customers.
  • Provide input and regular update of information necessary to support the allocation process.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant local laws respecting human rights, health and safety of all employees and environment.
  • Invest in people skills through Development and Training, provide ongoing coaching to the team members and take an active role in driving engagement.
  • Enhance work environment considering infrastructure, SEA & labor and security.
  • Streamline processes through continuous improvement techniques and tools and challenge existing standards and procedures.
  • Own Direct Development (“DD”) audits to ensure Virtual & Physical sample meet adidas standards and reflect design intent.
  • Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.
