• Help to make the best use of SVP/MDand SLT’s time by dealing with providing professional secretarial service.
• Works closely with SVP/MDto provide professional secretarial support.
• Assist Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on specific areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• MDSupport:
  • Organize and prioritize overall SVP/MD’s business schedule
  • OverallMDoffice management coordination to support the daily activities of the GM
  • Work on various projects and tasks assigned by the GM
  • Communication to colleagues on business coordination daily
  • Organize and store hardcopy documents and softcopy files, etc. and provide to SVP/MDwhen necessary
  • Take meeting minutes for SVP/MDand circulate it to participants
  • Plan and organize events hosted by SVP/MD
  • Ad-hoc support for SVP/GM if required
  • Communicate with global stakeholders to support SVP/MD
  • Coordinate & implement global visit plan and logistics
  • Coordinate business trip arrangements (flight, accommodation, expense claim, etc.)
  • Manage SVP/GM’s monthly expense claim via internal system

• SLT Support:
  • Support to arrange x-functional SLT meeting
  • Coordinate business trip arrangements (flight, accommodation etc.)
  • Global visitor coordination(VP above)

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is 95,000.00 - 122, 370.00. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• • • Through a specific divisional responsibility (Sales or Operations), supports the Store Manager in managing the day to day operations of the store to ensure the store meets key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations.
    • Positively communicates and demonstrates the Brand values, attitude and culture.
    • Ensures consistent implementation of all corporate programs, initiatives and strategies.
    • Through direction of the Store Manager, ensures successful implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs.
    • Assists the Store Manager in ensuring there are effective succession, recruiting, hiring and training plans, resulting in lower store turnover.
    • Develops staff by evaluating and providing performance feedback (performance and potential), seizing all coaching and training opportunities and fostering a team environment to meet store and company objectives.
    • Promotes a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing information to the Store Manager to hold employees accountable, creating an effective and efficient work environment, and setting goals that focus the team on key drivers that impact success.

• Cooperates with the Store Manager to develop clear action plans for store and thrives to achieve objectives, deliverables and timelines of plan.
• Through direction from the Store Manager, takes clear accountability for training and execution of in-store in all areas, including business, operations, sales/customer service, and visual merchandising, to ensure all employees are trained in Retail Standards.
• Perform or assist in timely completion of all recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance appraisals, salary reviews, counselling, disciplinary actions and employee separations.
• Produces results under a variety of situations/market conditions and overcomes barriers to the company’s success in compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Shop competition on a regular basis to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
• Works closely with Store Manager to ensure inventory levels and styling selections are maximizing sales.
• Supports Store Manager in maintaining wage costs and overall expense control within assigned guidelines. Communicate these goals and review results with retail management team.
• Assumes responsibility for accuracy of all cash management and ensure that shrink control within store is minimized.
• Assumes responsibility for store and product security using systems provided, and monitoring the effectiveness of these in preventing theft.
• Assures adherence to company policies and procedures relating to NSB (POS system) integrity. Maintains confidentiality of retail operating information.
• Assures compliance with government legislation as it applies to employment standards and health and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates.
• Maintains building and premises in a safe, organized and clean manner in accordance with adidas and legislated standards.
• Develops seamless communication with other retail store managers.
• Adheres to any and all visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications:

• College or University degree and 1 year of Retail experience, preferably in the Sporting Apparel & Footwear industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management and keyed experience preferred.

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.

Responsibilities include:Supporting the Store Manager in:

• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
• Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment

• Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
• Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
• Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards

• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance

Requirements:

The mission of this department is to ensure the VAT payments are done on a timely manner and VAT accounts are properly reconciled.

The Assistant GBS Tax Accounting will be responsible for doing the VAT accounts reconciliation and perform monthly postings.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Tax payments are properly and timely executed;
• Ensure postings on VAT accounts are properly executed;
• Execute Balance Sheet Reconciliation;
• Responsible for maintaining files and documentation up to date and accurate, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices;

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing team to ensure that all concepts, campaigns, and strategy are aligned.
• Prepare the future order sales program, including understanding of sales policies and strategies.
• Understand each season’s product flow, as well as micro and macro selling points (product vs. range).
• Provide forecasts of each season’s product flow plans for in-charge accounts.
• Drive sales volume to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target. Manage A/R effectively.
