  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Share your customer service experience and train selected team members to fine-tune their service skills
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In Store Communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with intellectual property clearance, including research of trademark and patent databases.
  • Assist in intellectual property prosecution, including collecting necessary documentation, specimens of use, and other evidence needed for filings and renewals.
  • Prepare form contracts (i.e. NDAs, Partnership Agreements) for review and signature.
  • Maintain department files and records.
  • Provide litigation support, including legal hold preservations, identifying and scheduling witnesses, and procuring discovery and evidence.
  • Provide administrative support including matter filing, organizing travel and schedules, and processing expense reports.
  • Support special projects as needed.
