Responsibilities include:

• Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Factory Outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
• Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success
• Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general legal support relating to a wide variety of legal matters including intellectual property, contracts, litigation, filing and administrative support.
• Assist in developing reports and presentations, drafting basic legal documents, compiling evidence, and organizing/maintaining databases and legal files.
• Assist with intellectual property clearance, including research of trademark and patent databases.
• Assist in intellectual property prosecution, including collecting necessary documentation, specimens of use, and other evidence needed for filings and renewals.
• Prepare form contracts (i.e. NDAs, Partnership Agreements) for review and signature.
• Maintain department files and records.
• Provide litigation support, including legal hold preservations, identifying and scheduling witnesses, and procuring discovery and evidence.
• Provide administrative support including matter filing, organizing travel and schedules, and processing expense reports.
• Support special projects as needed.
