Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ yearsof marketing experience within a brand, creative agency, platform, or consulting environment—or demonstrated transferable experience.
  • Proven expertise in brand strategy , marketing, and communications with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and cultural drivers.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international matrix organizations , ideally within brands with a strong cultural and heritage identity.
  • Deep cultural fluency in fashion, streetwear, sport, music, and entertainment .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and act decisively.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills—comfortable creating and delivering pitch decks that are visually impactful and strategically sound.

We’re looking for an experienced leader with proven track record of leading high performing teams, as you will be responsible for a team of 6 delivering local category go to market plans. You’ll own the holistic view of category needs within the Nordic marketplace and will drive input to Europe relying on market analytics and business case approach with a marketplace mindset.

You’ll be a strong relationship builder as the lead marketing point in the Nordics for strategic category planning, working closely with both European and local sales and brand teams to secure fully aligned GTM plans.
