• Current (University) students in Business Administration, Economics, Digital, Arts, etc. that are currently located in Portugal

• Energetic team player with a curious mindset and excellent Excel and English communication skills

• Fluency in French can be considered a plus (for the Accounts & Sales Ops vacancy)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support execution of cross-functional global projects within our organization
• Support data analysis, creating status reports and presentations as well as other project management tasks such as leading individual work streams / packages
• Drive the progress analysis for large strategic projects and the development of progress reporting capabilities
• Support development of processes, structures and frameworks that support the implementation of smart solutions to improve the status quo

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• An enrolled student throughout the entire internship period at an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, supply chain, information systems, or operations.
• Full time availability (~40h per week) for 6 months
• Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills with interest/ability to understand the bigger picture
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite (esp. Power Point and Excel)
• Process thinking / end-to-end mindset
• Action oriented and solution-minded team player
• Self-motivated with a keen interest to learn
• Fluent in English (oral and in writing)

About the Internship:

During the internship, you will have the chance to experience the end-to-end logistics process as a global player & collaborate with a broad and diverse range of stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing test plans, scenarios, and scripts for worldwide system deployments.
• Execute functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness.
• Track and document defects, collaborate with product and tech teams, and validate fixes.
• Support the creation of training materials (PowerPoint decks, user guides, instructional videos).
• Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve training resources.
• Develop and maintain reports (using Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to track KPIs and project progress.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor project activities, deliverables, due dates, and responsible parties.
• Maintain action trackers (Smartsheet, Jira) to ensure accountability and timely resolution of tasks.
• Update Yammer/Teams with project milestones, updates, and success stories.
• Assist in creating and refining SOP for global processes.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Excel (Advanced) – SQL, Macros, pivot tables, data cleaning.
• PowerPoint – Clear, visually engaging decks.
• Analytical Mindset – Comfortable with data, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Proactive & Organized – Self-starter who manages tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities and Projects in bullet points:

• Support the product cost (FOB) forecasting and modelling for all FOB planning cycles, reporting and analysis - Researching and tracking macroeconomic information to support better FOB forecasting process
• Support the Price Freeze process and related price adjustment / correction analysis
• Support the month-end closing process, forecasting, budgeting and wider accounting mechanics regarding Purchase Price Variances and stock revaluation processes - Using SAP and other internal systems for data extraction and supporting various analysis
• Develop and support financial / analytical modelling using various tools (Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, etc.) and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis as required
