Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of communication with management of the designated areas and actively support business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives
  • Ensure that all aspects of staffing and, where necessary union relations, compensation & benefits for employees of the designated areas are delivered timely to ensure the compliance of labor legislation and corporate guidelines
  • Deploy initiatives of COE (TA, TM and Rewards) to guarantee the compliance of the corporate guidelines and efficient implementation of processes
  • Participate in the execution of personnel planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with GSMS-process and in close cooperation with country Rewards to guarantee consistent salary management process
  • Promote and manage a high employee engagement at every level in the designated areas through effective motivation, coaching, training and development actions to attract and retain the best talents
  • Execute on boarding and off boarding processes according to the guidelines of the company, in the designated areas, to ensure comply the internal processes and local legal requirements
  • Maintain updated SAP module PPOME to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures
  • Participate of recruitment process to designated areas in P level positions to assure the quality of the process.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area
  • Desire: SAP

About the Internship:

During the internship, you will have the chance to experience the end-to-end logistics process as a global player & collaborate with a broad and diverse range of stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparing test plans, scenarios, and scripts for worldwide system deployments.
  • Execute functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness.
  • Track and document defects, collaborate with product and tech teams, and validate fixes.
  • Support the creation of training materials (PowerPoint decks, user guides, instructional videos).
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve training resources.
  • Develop and maintain reports (using Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to track KPIs and project progress.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project activities, deliverables, due dates, and responsible parties.
  • Maintain action trackers (Smartsheet, Jira) to ensure accountability and timely resolution of tasks.
  • Update Yammer/Teams with project milestones, updates, and success stories.
  • Assist in creating and refining SOP for global processes.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Excel (Advanced) – SQL, Macros, pivot tables, data cleaning.
  • PowerPoint – Clear, visually engaging decks.
  • Analytical Mindset – Comfortable with data, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Proactive & Organized – Self-starter who manages tasks efficiently.

YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Bachelor’s & Master’s degree student
  2. Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  3. Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
