Data Product Manager

What you will be doing:

• Understand and gather business requirements, identifying technical and functionality gaps
• Define data models and solutions to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Deliver PRDs, including solution designs for complex data models
• Create and prioritize requirements to manage the team’s backlog effectively
• Define reports and dashboards for regulatory and analytical needs
• Develop and maintain a roadmap to support business prioritization
• Collaborate with compliance managers, business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot data and product issues to ensure seamless operations

Who we are looking for:

• Experience (3+ years) as a Data Product Manager, Data product owner or Data product analyst, with strong knowledge of BI tools and data methodologies – Must
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and a strong background in data modeling – Must
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality results
• Experience with ETL tools, event-based data modeling, or platforms like Snowflake and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Business Objects, Tableau, or Power BI

We’re looking for a to join evoke. In this role, you’ll help shape strategic decisions across the business by analyzing complex processes, identifying trends, and delivering key insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business performance and support compliance initiatives, all in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify optimization opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive business performance
• Collect and integrate data from multiple sources to generate cohesive and actionable insights
• Monitor payment and fraud trends, detecting patterns and potential threats
• Create clear and engaging data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather requirements and share insights
• Support compliance and regulatory needs by tracking and evaluating key business processes
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of analytics methodologies and reporting frameworks

Who we are looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working with Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• A sense of ownership, professionalism, and a results-driven approach
• A proactive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in compliance, risk, regulatory analytics, online gaming, or fintech industries is a plus
