As aTruck Driver, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Responsibilities:
- Completing all daily safety and environmental requirements, along with proactive recognition and action to alleviate potential concerns.
- Completing daily housekeeping inspections and tasks.
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production of quality products.
- Actively participate in daily operation meetings, providing feedback and input to continuously improve the operation.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Possess a current and valid Class A CDL license and T Endorsement.
- Minimum three (3) years of tractor/trailer and/or dump truck driving experiencein a private, public, government, or military environment
Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
Desired:
- Wisconsin tanker endorsement (N)
- Heavy machinery operating experience and/or training
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving
