Job Description:
As a Personal Safety Division Marketing Activation LATAM – Specialized Channel you will play a key role for lead and execute marketing activation plan in the division of Personal Safety. In this role you will be able to work with sales leaders in each region/country to ensure proper marketing activation with specialized channel for SCBA, Comms, Welding and P&SA portfolios.
The impact you will make in this role
You will lead & execute marketing activation plan for specialized channels within key countries in LATAM.
You will work with Area Portfolio Leaders and Sales Leaders to accelerate portfolio penetration (SCBA, Comms, Welding and P&SA) in specialized channels.
You will administrate divisional AdMerch budget to implement marketing programs.
You will administrate MDF budget to implement marketing programs.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Careers: Marketing, Engineering, Administration or similar concluded.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Language: English advance, Spanish / Portuguese as native.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Any business or marketing certification.
Work location:
Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M corporate office.
Travel: May include up to 20%
Relocation: Not authorized.

As Sales Representative you will play a key role for Manages Key Market in assigned territory in the division of Abrasive System Division in Tijuana, Mexico. In this role you will be able to
Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage aligned with the Division objectives.
Recommends adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establishes new objectives.
Exhibits leadership with accounts & prospects.
Provide support & training for the key distributors.
Applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans.
Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results.
Demonstrates and trains internal and external customers on product applications.
Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects.
Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor.
Continuously expected to learn and improve skills relative to the market, products, applications, selling, administrative and other skills.

Bachelor´s degree concluded, desirable Industrial Engineer or correlated areas
Minimum 3 years of experience in related jobs

Experience managing territories, achieving objectives and goals, independent, self-oriented and motivated, selling skills and administration, organized, time efficiency, technical knowledge of industry manufacturing, and cost-benefit analysis.
Industrials sales experience.
Desirable Intermediate English.
Availability to travel in assigned territory.
Preparation of cost benefit analysis, excel tables, etc.
Available to live and work in Tijuana, MX
