Job Description:
The impact you will make in this role:
• Identify new opportunities in CHK related to functional material e.g. thermal, EMI/EMC, reworkable, UV activated tapes/adhesives, implement campaigns and marketing programs in prioritized segments, co-working with sales, portfolio marketing, activation marketing, digital marketing and application engineering team.
• Lead the NP process from opportunity identification to NP landing with other key functions.
• Own the results and the activation of specific campaigns/plans in the area (Sales by segment, pipeline of opportunities, segment market share growth). Responsible for tracking results by segment.
• Inspire sales teams for new customer coverages, new application exploration and product promotions.
• Be the voice the Customer back to CHK and global team about customers needs, focused on prioritized markets.
• Be responsible to linked to portfolio leaders to find right product alternatives based on segment processes and customer needs.
Your Skills and Expertise
• More than 5 years of experience working on related functional materials as sales, marketer, or application engineer.
• Better to have experience in Electronics.
• Better to have experience in business development or portfolio marketing.
• Experience interpreting market research or market insights in concert with additional data and business results.
• Demonstrated segment experience and ability to leverage knowledge in different markets approach.
• Understanding customer insights and transfer them to develop activation campaigns.
• Marketing business experience, creating and implementing campaigns and marketing programs considering brand owner, components maker, converters and channel partners’ needs.
• Experience understanding different go to market models.
• Ability to lead across functions with excitement and enthusiasm and bringing the team/organization along on the journey.

Job Description:
As a pricing officer, you will work closely with business marketers for pricing execution of on-invoice & off-invoice deviation. Detailed roles & responsibilities include but not limited to: Coordinate with marketer to submit PDR/Promotion eform for any price deviation request or promotion program. Work with CSR to efficiently execute deviated price on order. Assist marketer for any mass price adjustment, such as annual price increase, price renew, etc. Provide pricing performance analysis, as well as work with marketer and finance to manage pricing forecast and reporting.
Participate pricing project to optimize pricing structure, process, system and prepare for SAP deployment.
Perform price data clean up regularly to improve data accuracy, completeness, simplicity & visibility.
The person in this position will report directly to the Business Services Pricing Operation Leader. You should have :
Bachelor’s degree or above
3+ years related working experience in business operation or finance, customer-facing experience preferred
Strong coordination and communication skills, Strong ownership, proficient in data analyzing
Fluent English (written and verbal) required
Good PC skills

AMTPP ( Advanced Material & Transportation Product Platform advanced material and thermal solutions that serve to enhance performance, reduce total cost, and improve production efficiency for transportation and electronics automotive, aerospace, and commercial transportation OEMs and their tiers. Thermal Management Solution portfolio is focusing on developing innovative solutions for automotive OEMs & Tier suppliers on traditional ICE and fast-growing battery propulsion system to achieve regulation requirements in different countries. The products are primarily sold through spec-in processes in OEMs & Tiers and supplied via converters/distributors.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for thermal insulation material based development and commercialization from new idea/concept to launch
Explore new opportunities for ePowertrain market segment, especially to match Marquee Customer requirements in China
Support / Lead change management projects for existing product optimizations
Cooperate with AE team to support customer projects.
Actively communicate and collaborate with local and global teams.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in material science, polymer or chemical related majors
5+ years of product engineering / development experience
Be familiar with NPI with successful cases, experience as project leader role would be a plus
Experience in Automotive / power battery industry or inorganic fiber / filler related products would be a plus
Fluent in English and adaptive to work in global organization
Preferred skills: Data analytics, Power BI or etc.
Team player, self-motivation and open minded
