Job responsibilities:

  • Work with the CommercialCentral Sales team to plan the emerging technology strategy within a set of defined accounts

  • Consult with customers to understand their core business drivers and technical requirements

  • Present Red Hat's technical solutions and manage emerging technology opportunity cycles with customers from qualification through to decision and procurement

  • Guide customers from their initial interest in agile transformation through to the adoption of Red Hat's cloud platform technologies, which will provide the technology foundation for improvement

  • Gain the trust of senior IT and business executives within key accounts to create long-term partnerships

  • Ensure that Red Hat's cloud platform solutions become the first choice for our strategic customers

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a solutions sales, solutions architecture, or agile transformation consulting role

  • 2+ years of experience focused on modern application delivery frameworks and platforms like Kubernetes and Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, Jenkins, Apache Spark, MongoDB, etc.

  • Background in consultative customer engagement with a consulting or technology company or organization

  • Technical experience with enterprise middleware and container technologies

  • Understanding of and experience with agile methodologies and organizational and IT transformation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executives at large companies

  • Ability to sell solutions in a multiproduct environment

  • Proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams and achieve success for customers

  • Ability to maintain a balance of strategic and tactical skills

The salary range for this position is $281,650.00 - $464,830.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
