What You Will Do
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement a dynamic strategy to enhance relationships with top-tier partners, identifying new opportunities and creating compelling value propositions to drive significant growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performance team of Account Managers, fostering collaboration, mentoring, and guiding them to excel in partnership growth, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Represent Uber Eats at the highest levels, building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-suite executives at leading grocery partners to create mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use data insights to continuously refine partner programs, extract category insights, and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring the success of partner initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with internal and partner teams to optimize SKU range, pricing, and promotions on the platform, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
  • Innovation & Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging technologies and opportunities to elevate partner offerings, and drive strategic innovation and collaboration.
What You Will Need
  • 8+ years of experience in team management within strategic partnerships, specifically in Grocery, FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach teams to meet and exceed commercial goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a deep understanding of commercial acumen and negotiation, adept at handling large data volumes and complex problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services within the retail, grocery, and/or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to achieve common objectives.
  • Passion for Uber Eats' mission and a strong belief in the transformative power of strategic partnerships within the grocery delivery and retail landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
