What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform timely and accurate payroll runs globally (North America, EMEA, APAC with partner support to our Israel Payroll team), through efficient communication to internal and external stakeholders of all transactions impacting payroll and by providing clear deadlines.
  • Ensure that payroll processes are compliant with local requirements and company policies, and that they are reviewed regularly, improved when necessary and appropriately documented and communicated internally.
  • Ensure that the services provided by our PEO provider (US) and other third-party providers are adequately controlled and improved where necessary.
  • Ensure that issues related to payroll are escalated, resolved and communicated appropriately.
  • Partner with the HR team in the migration from PEO to an in-house HRIS platform.
  • Ensure that team members’ questions and concerns regarding payroll (process, tax, benefits or platforms) are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with the HR team for all team members’ data and compensation-related matters.
  • Efficiently manage relationships with all third parties involved in payroll delivery: PEO, payroll service providers, 401k and pension vendors.
  • Own all payroll related communications internally: provide clarity on payroll processes and benefits at all levels of the business and in particular for new hires, provide day-to-day support and resolution for any queries on all payroll matters, proactively communicate with team members, managers and People team as necessary.
  • Partner with the rest of the Finance team regarding general ledger entries, payroll liabilities reconciliation, state/local tax compliance, annual / ad-hoc audit support, reporting inquiries and other projects as necessary.
  • Keep up to date on all payroll industry trends and best practices applying this knowledge to our processes and identifying areas for improvement.

What you’ll need:

  • 7-10+ years of experience performing payroll runs globally
  • Experience with both PEO and large scale in-house payroll platform
  • Experience with migration from PEO to in-house payroll
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll best practices, guidelines and compliance including multi-jurisdictional tax management
  • Comfortable with documentation of business process and gathering of business requirements
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of priorities.
  • Excellent communicator, must be able to influence stakeholders and talk through complicated topics
  • Experience with HCM/HRIS and Accounting systems

What you’ll be doing:

  • An understanding of content’s role in the digital demand engine — SEO, lead generation, and nurture.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience working with data-driven content, including turning analytics or proprietary insights into thought leadership.
  • Comfortable managing and mentoring a mix of internal team members and external contractors or agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for research, drafting, editing, and analysis.

  • Enable a variety of client stakeholders on Forter’s portal and technology close to the account going live. After, go-live, run ongoing training and enablement for clients

  • Procure advocacy from your clients in the form of reference calls, case studies, etc. that act as sales accelerators and turn our partners into active promoters
  • Leverage your client relationships and knowledge of Forter’s solution to generate upsell opportunities that you will collaborate with the Sales team on
  • Own the retention number for your book of business and oversee the renewal process for expiring client contracts
  • Share key insights about Forter’s product and processes internally with our Product and leadership teams to help point the company roadmap in the right direction
  • Direct client technical inquiries or troubleshooting questions to our Support team and help that team where necessary to ensure a positive customer experience

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: minimum 5 years of relevant experience post-live, client-facing Customer Success experience where you managed large, strategic, and complex accounts.
  • Executive Relationships : Excellent communication skills, especially at the C-level both internally and externally. Proven ability to develop relationships with customer executives while working with stakeholders on account objectives and engagements
  • Program Management : Demonstrated excellence at success planning across a large and complex book of business. Experience building successful account plans to retain and grow your customers while showing urgency when reacting to problems.
  • Technical Aptitude : High fluency in technical topics for a non-technical operator. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get in the weeds while understanding complex technical concepts. Known as the best product expert on your past CS teams.
  • Expansion Discovery : Proven track record of landing and expanding large strategic accounts in your book of business. You have a nose for discovering and qualifying upsells and cross-sells. Experience with an upsell or revenue quota preferred.
It’d be really cool if you also have:
  • Industry-Relevant Experience : Background in enterprise SaaS sales, program management, and SaaS startups. Strong preference for professional working experience at enterprise SaaS businesses focusing on payments, fraud, or eCommerce.

Reporting to VP of Product, Platform Innovation this role is foundational to extending the reach and impact of our Digital Trust Platform. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for building and scaling the infrastructure that allows retailers to plug into our platform.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own a suite of strategic initiatives within your domain. Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the domain, delivering complex, global projects end-to-end.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, BD Partnerships, Marketing, Solution Consulting and Customer Success teams to prioritize and deliver capabilities that unlock new channels and accelerate go-to-market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of both Forter and partners’ ecosystems to inform product direction and differentiation.
  • Translate partner and customer needs into clear, actionable business cases and technical product requirements.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics, continuously iterate based on insights from customer usage, performance, and feedback.
  • Use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform product direction and requirements. Manage the overall product plan through a thorough analysis of the tradeoffs and relative priorities.
  • Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on integration best practices and ecosystem strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to co-own the GTM plan and ensure proper enablement and education to GTM teams, customers and the field on new features.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven experience to specify and deliver quality products.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and platform scalability. Experience building and scaling APIs, SDKs, or integration frameworks in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects providing all relevant deliverables to ensure seamless execution
  • Excellent collaboration consensus building and facilitation skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders. Specifically, demonstrated ability to process large amounts of inconsistent information and drive forward decisions based on an objective fact base.
  • Experience working at a high growth company
  • Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity and to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with embedding plugins within common eCommerce, payment, and identity platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, Auth0, etc.

  • Own all payroll related communications internally: provide clarity on payroll processes and benefits at all levels of the business and in particular for new hires, provide day-to-day support and resolution for any queries on all payroll matters, proactively communicate with team members, managers and People team as necessary.
  • Partner with the rest of the Finance team regarding general ledger entries, payroll liabilities reconciliation, state/local tax compliance, annual / ad-hoc audit support, reporting inquiries and other projects as necessary.
  • Keep up to date on all payroll industry trends and best practices applying this knowledge to our processes and identifying areas for improvement.

What you’ll need:

  • 7-10+ years of experience performing payroll runs globally
  • Experience with both PEO and large scale in-house payroll platform
  • Experience with migration from PEO to in-house payroll
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll best practices, guidelines and compliance including multi-jurisdictional tax management
  • Comfortable with documentation of business process and gathering of business requirements
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of priorities.
  • Excellent communicator, must be able to influence stakeholders and talk through complicated topics
  • Experience with HCM/HRIS and Accounting systems

Hybrid work:
