Drive the financial success of adidas by managing account planning for Rebel key accounts and categories. You’ll take ownership of strategic planning, retail sales forecasting, and key item performance - transforming data into actionable insights that fuel growth. This role ensures close alignment between adidas and Rebel through transparent planning, accurate forecasting, and clear performance measurement against KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic commercial and business plans for assigned Rebel accounts and categories

  • Support the creation of annual financial plans and deliver consistent weekly and YTD forecast updates

  • Build and present QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and T2T (Top-to-Top) reports to drive strategic alignment

  • Manage sales forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business KPIs

  • Analyze demand, depth, and size curves to optimize orderbook efficiency and product allocation

  • Contribute to buy review processes to enable sustainable, profitable growth in line with business objectives

  • Use data-driven insights to engage stakeholders and guide commercial decision-making

  • +4 years’ relevant work experience in the AP area.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function. Strong financial acumen and AP and T&E experience.
  • Solid experience with SAP and specific areas’ tools such as Concur, Ariba, FIP, APWF.
  • Solid knowledge and experience applying problem solving methodologies.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

  • Secure timely cross checks on regular controls
  • Handling and posting of incoming invoices and related vendor master data creation and maintenance
  • Ensure timely analysis of bank interim accounts by working closely with suppliers and other finance teams. Ensure they are balanced by resolving the causes of non-payment, requesting missing and complementary information and executing proper follow ups
  • Preparation and review of payment proposals for adidas subsidiaries
  • Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings
  • Preparation of month-end journal entries: accruals, depreciation, provisions, prepayments by ensuring entries are recorded in accordance with company policies and all deadlines are accomplished
  • Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items
  • Preparation of External and Internal Audit requests
  • Create and analyse various reports under area of responsibility including regular reporting
