Implement the EE Omnichannel Marketing plan for Fashion Accounts
Own in alignment with Sales EE the Fashion Accounts marketing plan and activation calendar
Execute with excellence the Cluster Fashion Accounts marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points
Manage the Cluster Fashion Accounts Activation Budget (SWB) to ensure spend efficiency (ROI)
Create, own and execute Accounts Marketing plans for the cluster's specialty lifestyle accounts in close collaboration with Sales, DPC and GTM and EU Business Units.
Ensure process speed & efficiency (Budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools for the Sales Launch period
Feedback to EE Omnichannel Activation on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
Own and execute Cluster special projects related to your market and Accounts specifics
Put special emphasis on a digital experience focused on a demanding group of consumers
Excel at cross team collaboration with DPC department to deliver best in class digital campaigns for respective channel

Knowledge of full marketing mix with focus on retail (Digital, SoMe, B&M, Events)
Project management skills and ownership
Business acumen with the addition of creativity, fluent in retail KPI’s
Marketing budget management
Own and paid media campaigns planning
Drive to constantly pursue improvement
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Experience in both market and above market organization will be an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in marketing project execution
Fashion avid who follow the market trends
University degree in marketing / business / creative field
Great communication skills and self-drive for goals
