About the Role
As a Digital Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts and high-potential prospects within the Marketing and Commerce Cloud space. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to maximize the value of their digital investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership and Growth: Manage a defined set of enterprise accounts, driving adoption and growth of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions.
Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with CMOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makers to align Salesforce solutions with customer challenges.
Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning them with Salesforce capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Engineers, Customer Success teams, and Product specialists to craft tailored solutions and ensure customer success.
Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics consistently.
