A Typical Day
- Work with talented software engineering team to build APIs and web/native clients to drive existing and new features for our stakeholders
- Work with data scientists and business analysts to define, capture, and use real-time event data for business insights and product features
- Collaborate with cross functional product partners to deliver key initiatives for our roadmap, including but not limited to product managers, designers, researchers, and quality assurance
- 2-4 years of software development experience
- Experience working with one or more backend server languages (Java, Kotlin preferred), and expertise in popular storage systems such as relational databases, noSQL and caching
- Experience working with a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) at scale
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and user interface libraries such as React.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data and other Android, iOS, Web, and backend engineers
