What you'll do:

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Creative Optimization suite, from market entry to scale.
  • Develop strategic positioning and messaging that differentiates AppsFlyer’s Creative Optimization solutions in the market.
  • Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Define and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ABM, field marketing, and product marketing strategies to engage key audiences.
  • Be hands-on—execute impactful marketing programs while developing scalable frameworks for future growth.
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer feedback, iterating on strategies to optimize results.
  • Act as a thought leader, producing compelling content, webinars, and industry insights that establish AppsFlyer as a leader in creative optimization.

What you have:

  • 7+ years of B2B/SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new products from 0-1, ideally in a market penetration or startup-like environment.
  • Strong leadership skills—capable of driving execution without direct authority while inspiring and mobilizing teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for turning complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Strategic mindset—big-picture thinking combined with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM, demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing strategies.
  • Resilience and adaptability—thriving in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Deep market understanding—insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • A great sense of humor.
  • Experience working with creative optimization tools, ad tech, or marketing analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial experience or a startup background.
  • Familiarity with the marketing technology (MarTech) industry.
