What You’ll Do
  • Manage enterprise accounts across technical, business, and product aspects, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Own the customer journey post-sale, including training, feature adoption, and strategic business reviews
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams by sharing feedback with Product and R&D
  • Provide proactive updates on product releases, changes, and relevant content
  • Identify and lead upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  • Facilitate webinars, workshops, and education sessions tailored to client needs
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Partners teams to support growth in the region
What You Have
  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS
  • Native-level Russian and strong written and spoken English proficiency
  • Strong understanding of the mobile marketing or digital analytics ecosystem
  • Technical and analytical orientation with the ability to grasp SDKs, APIs, or data workflows
  • Familiarity with product management processes and working cross-functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients or attend conferences (2–5 times per year)
Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience working with AppsFlyer’s products
  • Background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, or mobile app tracking
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing strategy, attribution, or analytics
