Drive profitable and strategic sales growth, customer acquisition, establish market demand and grow business with new and existing customers
Manage our Inside Sales organisation, including Sales Development (inbound and outbound) and Account Executives (SMB)
Manage, develop and retain top sales talent through effective coaching, development and learning opportunities
Keep a close eye on Sine’s value proposition across the industries in which we operate, collaborate with marketing and product teams and take action as required
Work closely with your sales team and oversee productivity, quality and integrity
Manage all sales related activity management through effective use of Honeywell Sine’s sales technology stack
Build close relationships with customers, working on growth obstacles and offering solutions that solve their problems
Pursue sales growth opportunities in targeted segments and industries
Own the monthly sales forecast for Inside Sales – review, manage and report to internal stakeholders
Ensure sales activities are aligned and focused on the achievement of forecast
Leverage the strength and relationships of Honeywell Sine, utilising all available resources and partners
Attract the best sales talent across the region, growing your team in line with business objectives and working closely with supporting functions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of B2B Sales Experience, preferably with a track record covering SMB and a high-volume/velocity sales cycles
1+ years as a senior individual contributor, team lead or in sales management
3+ years of B2B Software as Service (SaaS) in either an inside or field capacity
Experience in coaching, mentoring and/or developing people
Experience being part of a hyper-growth, high-performance sales team
Understanding of the end-to-end functions of a SaaS sales organisation (sales development, closing & customer success)
A deep understand of core sales methods (i.e. challenger, SPIN)
Experience working within a geographically dispersed sales team
Creative, decisive, high energy and ability to motivate and inspire others
Ability to effectively train sales professionals in new offerings sales process
Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
Clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customers’ needs
Compelling presentation and communication skills
Willing to travel as necessary
