As a Sr Offering Management Specialist

Youwill report directly to our Director Offering Management and you’ll work out ofour Mason OH, Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC, or Houston TX location on a 3/2 hybrid workschedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify aftermarket segments with high potential for retrofits and upgrades.
  • Customer Identification: Identify and prioritize key customers and segments within the aftermarket space.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote retrofit and upgrade solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive aftermarket sales.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate and grow in identified aftermarket segments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of aftermarket projects, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve aftermarket solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or a related role, with a focus on the aftermarket products or services sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of material handling equipment aftermarket products, retrofits, and upgrade solutions.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
