You will report directlyto our Offering Management guide and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains NJ locationon a 3/2 hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategic guide, revenue growth, innovation,customer satisfaction, performance-driven advantage, resource allocation, riskmanagement, and cost-efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth andprofitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, andgo-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identifygrowth opportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenueoptimization strategies
• Conduct market research and thoughtfulness to identify customer needsand market trends
• Provide guide and guidance to the offering management team

YOUMUST HAVE • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, product management or similar role
• Experience with new product introcduction
• Excellent strategicm arketing
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
