Youwill report directly to our Offering Management Lead and you’ll work out of ourHouston location on a 2/3 hybrid work schedule.
Inthis role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation,customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, riskmanagement, and cost-efficiency.
•Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
•Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
•Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-marketstrategies
•Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growthopportunities
•Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenueoptimization strategies
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and markettrends
•Provide leadership and guidance to the offering management team

•Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
•Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
•Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
•Experience in a global organization
•Experience in leading offering management teams
•An understanding of blending and movements operations and the needs of refiningand petrochemical customers
•Strong analytical and market research skills
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
