In this role, you will support across:
Strategy & Planning
Support the execution of market-level commercial operations, strategies and processes to help build a high-performing commercial organization.
Own / support pipeline and business reviews on a recurring basis at the front-line manager or country level.
Own / support the execution of initiatives to drive regional effectiveness within Sales Operations and across the broader Sales organization.
Insights & Analytics:
Define, build, and maintain sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Bring perspective to efficacy of current KPIs and metrics across the Ads function. Have perspective on how to evolve them.
Build detailed dashboards and monthly, quarterly review decks for senior (VP+ level) consumption to run the business. Lead discussions on business performance & state of business with expertise and full ownership.
Coordinate with global counterparts in (UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, APAC) to assimilate business insights and package for regular check-ins.
Core Process & Sales Policy:
Lead the implementation and execution of key Sales Operations functions (e.g., defining success metrics, reporting, customer segmentation, target setting, quota allocation)
Assist in the defining, building and managing workflows/processes on behalf of the broader Sales organization
XFN Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal team, commercial partners and cross-functional teams as needed to understand strategy and help develop plans for execution.
About you:
5+ years of experience in advertising/ advertising-related fields; and/or experience working in Sales Operations.
Self-starter with the ability to manage and lead large-scale, complex projects.
Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
Strong technical skills, including expertise working with multiple large data sets; SQL and data analytics skills are a plus
Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
Familiarity with agency and client-direct sales models.
Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including media channels and methods of buying.
Proficient with reading, writing, and speaking English, French / German / Italian / Spanish a plus

This is a full-time, individual contributor position based in London and reporting to the Regional Director of Talent Management.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Strategy & Partnership
Equipping our leaders and managers across the largest growth region (EMEA) to role model leadership excellence, including cultural, localised and scaled leadership.
Advise on leadership growth and Talent Management strategies, with strong awareness of local and regional needs and nuances, specifically in London (LON)
Design, drive and execute EMEA’s Netflix culture initiatives, partnering closely with LON HRBPs

Responsibilities:
Execute online EMEA - NPC screenings and surveys on the Netflix Preview Club tool
Partner as the main point of contact for all local partnerships with Post, Post Technology and Operations, legal, vendors, localization and customer service groups
Connect the dots on research goals, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional partners
Collaborate on and execute longitudinal survey sampling and weighting strategies with Content and Data Science teams
Develop and lead online screening and survey management workflows. This includes but is not limited to survey programming, data quality, data cleaning, incentive management, in field monitoring, reporting, and partnering with vendors
Execute member engagement workflows to boost screening and survey performance
Manage troubleshooting for survey product and programming escalations
Manage troubleshooting for leaks and anti-piracy escalations
Manage shifting research priorities and timelines for custom or panel-based survey projects
Manage documentation and planning for recruitment needs for ongoing screening and survey participation

Qualifications:
You have a minimum of 6 years of global research operations experience, working with Researchers and cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the broader Ads Measurement team (both within EMEA and globally) to scale measurement, insights and thought leadership, in collaboration with the EMEA Measurement Management Team
Produce research and insights that tell the Netflix’s Ads story to the marketplace and advertiser clients in areas such as audience insights, reach & frequency, campaign verification, and campaign measurement.
Use proprietary and syndicated tools to create regular reporting for stakeholders (both internal and external) on the Netflix Ads audience in comparison to competitors.
Be a TV champion. Understand and promote the benefits of TV advertising and the Netflix Ads Audience.
Manage the day-to-day effectiveness study process with third-party vendors from end to end, e.g., sales requests, raising POs, vendor intake, survey drafting, analysis, and report creation.
Support the Global Brands Advertising team by responding to day-to-day insight and measurement requests.
Develop case studies & meta analysis from ongoing and completed analyses.
General team admin, including vendor onboarding, raising POs and budget management.
Experience & Skills
At least 5+ Years experience in media research at Streaming, TV, tech, or digital media companies.
Strong understanding of methodology, data, and systems from syndicated research providers (e.g. GWI) & survey scripting tools, as well as direct digital technology and analytics.
Experienced in effectiveness measurements such as Reach & Frequency, Brand Lift, Matched-Market testing, A/B testing, Marketing Mix Models and bespoke campaign effectiveness studies, including questionnaire scripting.
Experience effectively communicating with clients and research vendors.
Self-starter with expertise in managing projects independently with a high attention to detail.
Highly organised and experienced in building and following processes to make working methods more efficient.
Flexible and open-minded: able to thrive in a startup environment with ambiguity.
Builds strong relationships with colleagues; values diverse perspectives for better decision-making.
Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape across all kinds of media channels and methods of buying. Ideally, with a TV focus.
