  • Build campaign assets and workflows in systems like HubSpot, HighSpot, Tofu HQ, and Salesforce — ensuring accurate data flow, segmentation, and tracking.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and processes , ensuring consistency and visibility across teams.
  • Assist in campaign reporting and analysis , helping to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with teams including Creative, Product Marketing, Events, Content, and Partner Marketing to gather assets, messaging, and approvals.

  • Drive in-depth analysis of financial performance to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks for leadership

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years professional experience in financial planning & analysis or related experience
  • Experience in the finance department of a public company is a plus
  • Experience partnering with operational business units, supporting budgeting as well as ongoing projects
  • Ability to think critically about a business and understand the key value drivers
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, infer and communicate key takeaways

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Linkedin and Google Ads, and Google Analytics (experience with Qlik, Glean, or Tofu HQ a plus).
  • Has used data-driven approaches to testing, optimization, and performance measurement.

    • Enable GTM teams to use assets you deliver: metrics, dashboards, models, frameworks, etc.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree is business, economics or other quantitative disciplines; MBA preferred
  • Experience building and leading highly effective teams with a passion for coaching and mentoring both new and experienced team members
  • Experience in Sales Operations or Consulting, ideally within a high-growth tech company
  • Deep experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization)
  • Growth mindset with the ability and experience to build for scale
  • Experience in a Program Management or Senior Project Management role
  • Excellent business knowledge with a strong understanding of B2B sales GTM strategies and operations
