About the role:
This position will be located in NY and follow a hybrid model.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day administration of health, retirement, and supplemental benefit programs (enrollment, termination, changes, etc) across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Oversee global vendor, broker and advisor partnerships to ensure high-quality service and performance
- Conduct benchmarking, utilization, and cost analyses to identify trends, ensure competitiveness, and inform country-specific benefit decisions
- Lead annual compliance filings and support audits (ACA, 401k audit, 5500 filing, P11d filing, NDT, etc)
- Maintain accurate benefits data, reporting, and dashboards
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll to track changes and ensure accurate benefits deductions for each payroll cycle
- Develop and deliver benefits communications and education materials to drive employee understanding and engagement across all countries
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience managing benefits programs across multiple regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of health, retirement, and supplemental benefits programs
- Proven ability to manage benefit programs in a multinational organization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams and vendors
- Detail-oriented and proficiency in data analysis to support data-driven decisions

Hybrid work:
Salary Range: $103,000 - $128,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
