Participate in a structured, award-winning 2 year training & development program targeted specifically at early in career graduates together with other graduates throughout Europe
Perform outbound sales activities such as outbound calling, following-up on requests, sales qualifications
Provide product information to new and/or existing B2B customers and create sales pipeline
Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives or to Account Managers in the NGSA team.
Attend regular trainings about the Dell Products & Services Portfolio and learn how to do whiteboards and to structure a Sales conversation
Daily tasks will include outbound calling, including preparing for a call and meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and Sales opportunities
Engage in custom campaigns in assigned Territory
get to work in a modern office in Solna 5 days per week

Our Outside Sales teams rely on them for both business case development and ISG portfolio advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from establishing senior relationships in the customer / partners, positioning the solution / product, TCO / PoC initiatives, proposal development (requirements, as-is/to-be, differentiators) through to pricing and negotiation.
•Manage relationships with senior level personnel and decision makers in both customers AND partners. Run territory and or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
• Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
• Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
•Demonstrate the value of a product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives
•Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products and services. Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives•Demonstrate high energy, integrity, and excellent relationship building experience with customers & partners
•Good balance between commercial and technical skills relating to AI/Data Management, Private/Public Cloud & Cyber solutions.

•Knowledge of the infrastructure storage market will be particularly key for both traditional and virtualized infrastructure.

•Consulting led selling / outcome based business case experience in SaaS / CaaS / IaaS
•Experience of various commercial agreements eg OPEX, license agreements, MSAs, etc.
•5+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role
•Bachelor’s degree

Essential Requirements
Undergraduate or Master's Degree earned in a technical field no more than 36 months before start date.
Excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Swedish – strong communication skills are key.
Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and being an innovative thinker with a self-starter, desire-to-win type mindset.
Consultative technical design and selling skills combined with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity.
