What a typical day looks like:
- You will process the assigned tasks, related to HR processes, adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, meeting the Service Level Agreement;
- You will perform actions in HR systems (Data entry);
- You will provide help-desk support and counseling for all employees, and work closely with the managerial team;
- You will perform reporting activities, as well as HR general support;
- You will provide quality and timely delivery of process outputs and aim to achieve internal customer satisfaction; improve the performance benchmarks and work towards process improvements.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Basic experience in the HR field – nice to have;
- Possess excellent Polish and English skills - as a mandatory prerequisite;
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – very good level);
- Ability to learn and adapt to new changes in the process;
- Sense of urgency and client service oriented;
- Interpersonal skills, initiative and flexibility;
- Successfully work within a team and believe in the concept of “teamwork”;
- Proactive and details oriented personality;
- Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus;
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Equivalent Post-Graduate in HR – will be considered a strong plus.
