Job Summary

This role will be In charge of planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
  • Interacts frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
  • Create and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, and budgets in a Cross-Functional team environment.
  • Create communication plans and deliver project status updates.
  • Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
  • Defines resources (and resource allocation) and implementation schedule.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ability of labor relationship risk assessment and identification in the company's management system.
