Program Overview:

The Strategy Rotational Program is an early-career, rotational program, focused on developing Wells Fargo’s strategy talent foundation. Participants complete rotations on individual business strategy teams and make meaningful contributions in setting the strategic direction of the company.

The programindividualized career pathing guidance, customized learning & development opportunities, and unique on-the-job experiences.

As a Strategy & Planning Program Analyst, you will work to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to Wells Fargo’s core businesses, and their senior and executive leaders.

In this role you willgain progressive experience in:

  • Contributing to setting the future-based strategy of your supported line of business.

  • Evaluating strategic possibilities, developinginnovative recommendations, and managingmatrixed projects, in support of complex business needs.

  • Delivering diverse solutions that guide the execution of business-centric priorities.

  • Providing strategic consulting services to internal clients,leveragingproduct, project, industry, and businessexpertise.

  • Conducting competitive assessments, customer and industry research, and financial analysis to understand Wells Fargo’s relative market position.

  • Using storytelling and data visualization to develop compelling presentations and business cases.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Strategy & Planning experience, or equivalentdemonstratedthrough one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
