Responsibilities:
· Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives.
· Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.
· Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel.
· Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally.
· Align customer requirements vs. division priorities.
· Co-work with different divisions and BD to provide KLA solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate will understand Taiwan semiconductor market.
· Have experience in the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.
· Has negotiation sense and analytical skills.
· Must have financial/business knowledge to do recommendation or proposal
· Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
· Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives.
· Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment.
· Experience working with Global customers and regions
· 25-30% travel may require
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. in Engineg, with > 5years of Semiconductor Equipment sales experience.
Taiwan business experience and mandarin speaking is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
