Define andmaintainneeded toolset - align with OEMs and internal NVIDIA teams to define requirements for OEM field teams.
Work with OEM enablement and sales leadership to define and implement programs and assets that enable OEM sales and technical field organizations to gain the knowledge and skills vital to effectively position and sell NVIDIA’s solutions.
Identify,modify, and create NVIDIA training to meet go to market priorities for target learners.
Evangelize and influence the adoption and consumption of NVIDIA enablement assets.
Maintain global ownership of NVIDIA Field Enablement strategy & processes for HPE & HPI specific content - program management, documentation, program goals, execution, process improvements, content lifecycle management, and collaboration with regional teams.
Lead cross-functional internal team meetings to measure results and share OEM feedback.
Build and run development and reporting systems to ensure that the sales content isoptimizedfor effectiveness and efficiency. Use feedback to continuously improve the quality of content, format, and delivery.
What we need to see:
12+ years overall experience with 7+ years of field enablement, content marketing, sales, product marketing, business development, technical marketing, or related field.
A history of success planning, running, and measuring cross-functional field enablement assets and training programs.
Strong interpersonalskills:someone who leads by inspiring; enjoys working collaboratively;is influential and is effective at buildingandmaintainingpositive relationships.
Self-motivated, requires limited definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Passion for precision and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A dual-minded approach: highly creative, while also relying on process, facts, and data to make decisions.
BS or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Direct experience working with large OEM organizations, especially HPE and HPI.
