What the Candidate Will Do:

• Drive strategic projects: Lead and drive key strategic projects across India SA CommOps, ensuring alignment with broader business goals
• Business reviews and communications: Take proactive, end-to-end ownership of business reviews, all-hands meetings, and newsletters. This includes preparing materials, scheduling events, coordinating communication channels, tracking participation, and reporting engagement to senior leaders.
• Align with stakeholders: Collaborate with teams across Strategy & Planning, Vendor Management, Ops, and CommOps ensure program alignment, awareness, and maximum impact.
• VOC Champion: Lead efforts to gather insights at scale from BPO partners.
• Manage anomaly detection: Own and drive the anomaly detection program across India SA.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, strategy or consulting roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• A self-starter capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables while bringing innovative ideas to your work
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Consulting Background: Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on delivering strategic projects and managing client relationships.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in project objectives.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for breaking down complex problems and developing innovative, actionable solutions.
• Project Execution: Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
