As the ABM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value prospects and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teams to create highly personalized campaigns that generate pipeline and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic ABM framework to target key accounts and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify high-priority accounts and create personalized marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including email, paid media, direct mail, events, and personalized content.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy.
  • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop targeted messaging and assets.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to ensure seamless coordination and effectiveness.
  • Utilize ABM tools and platforms (such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) to scale and measure campaign success.
  • Track and report on key ABM metrics, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in ABM to continually refine strategies.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing, or demand generation.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns in large scales (over $100K a month), on either: Google Ads / Facebook / LinkedIn / Taboola / Outbrain / Etc.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economy or other quantitative fields.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English - a must
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, Cyber Security Company - a huge advantage.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, TechTarget, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, etc.), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Experienced in working with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
