At Orca AI, we are on a mission to make shipping companies rethink the way they operate and empower their crews with AI and automation for a safer and more efficient maritime industry. You will be the first Marketing Ops hire (reporting to the VP Marketing) and will have the opportunity to build this domain from ground up. You will have a lot of autonomy and opportunity to own your domain, make an impact, and drive change.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, digital, and marketing; BDRs and sales; and deliver innovative global campaigns.
Responsibilities
Campaign Ops (50%)
- Support our Marketing team in executing live and virtual events, with a focus on ensuring leads are routed to the right BDRs or AEs accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible for sending email campaigns and personalized nurture programs.
- Support our global sales organization with executing campaigns and events.
- Manage HS, SF and WordPress
Insights / Data Quality Ops (50%)
- Monitor and manage our HubSpot/Salesforce sync, identifying and resolving errors and issues.
- Be a champion of data quality. Ensure data is clean and normalized, duplicates are minimized, leads and accounts behave with each other, and attribution data is populated consistently.
- Use Salesforce, and on occasion Tableau, to create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support marketers in understanding performance.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in HubSpot and SF, executing campaigns and developing operational systems.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes (lead routing, BDR qualification, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results.
- HubSpot Marketing Software certified and/or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with WordPress website maintenance and upkeep
