In this role you will lead the development and execution of sophisticated marketing strategies to drive the growth and adoption of our B2B product portfolio. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical offerings into compelling and easily digestible narratives that empower our global Go-To-Market teams to effectively position and sell our products.
What You'll Be Doing
Become a Subject Matter Expert. You are the go to person for our 200+ person Sales and Account Management teams when they need support on telling the story about your product/domain
Join and Lead Customer-Facing Sales Calls: Actively participate in sales calls with key customers to provide in-depth product knowledge, answer technical questions, and reinforce the value proposition.
Continuous learning —be a subject matter expert in your domains: Listen to our sales calls and speak to our GTM team and clients to understand our market positioning, trends, and buyer personas
Strategize product needs, marketing, and launch strategies . You’ll work closely with our product team during the ideation stage, develop strategic plans, and execute on go-live and adoption efforts
Position your products/product features: Write briefs outlining product-specific positioning, including key benefits, FAQs, sensitivities, etc. Our marketing team will use these to create assets
Create sales materials and training . We sell based on stories, and our 200+-person Sales and Account Management teams need to know those stories. You’ll work with Revenue Enablement to train our teams on our offerings
Ad-hoc needs: An urgent RFP, a vast sales call, a request from a current merchant, a deck for a speaking event… our org often leans on the Product Marketing team’s expertise in product and communication to help with these critical ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of successfully bringing technical B2B SaaS products to market and/or expanding them into new market segments, demonstrating a deep understanding of market analysis, competitive landscapes, and go-to-market strategies.
Self driven and independent. Flexible, and can handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor.
You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (native level)- a must
You can communicate clearly to internal audiences, customers, and the market (e.g., by taking the stage at industry events). You can turn technical products into compelling narratives and stories
Experience in a customer-facing role- a must
Understanding of the payments/ ecommerce/fraud industry- an advantage
Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and distilling results into actionable key takeaways
You are naturally curious and want to deeply understand Riskified’s customer segmentation, buying committee members, technology, and product-market fit
Works well independently and enjoys collaborating as part of a team, with demonstrated ability to effectively engage with external and internal stakeholders, including senior executives
You get joy from collaborating, sharing your skills and knowledge with others, and making the business even smarter
Bachelor’s degree or related experience, Pragmatic Marketing training and experience preferred, MBA preferred but not required.
