As a Manager of Process Management, you will lead a small team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will create and modify processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time.

General Responsibilities:

  • Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups such as the Risk office, and management; make final recommendations for approval on changes

  • Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes

  • Identifying and executing opportunities to create amazing associate and customer experiences aligned with desired outcomes

  • Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department

  • Gaining alignment from leadership and tracking Experience strategic initiatives

  • Influencing leaders across the Experience and the Organization to adopt identified process improvement opportunities

  • Providing subject matter expertise on high visibility processes and project when representing the department in projects and other meetings

  • Managing audit, exam and assessment reviews of processes while partnering with Legal, Compliance and the Risk Office

  • Managing and leading a small team of associates

  • Coach and train junior Process Manager levels on processes, performance targets and goals

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to be goal/execution-oriented

  • Demonstrate strong communications proficiency, including across teams and organizations, and have experience utilizing oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills.

  • Have the ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership to drive issues to completion.

  • Be able to react seamlessly to change in priorities and delivery focus

  • Be self-motivated

  • Be capable of balancing strategy and tactical delivery

  • Execute a strategic approach to all things especially process and operations

  • Be a solid problem solver

  • Communicate effectively with direct reports, leadership and executives

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of experience in Process, Project or Risk management

  • At least 1 year of experience in People management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Process, Project or Risk management

  • 3+ years of experience in People management

  • 3+ years of experience in Relationship management

  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
