Your responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated messaging for the Nav-integrated and Non-Nav ICE catheters. Tailor value propositions for different user groups
  • Omnichannel Promotion: Partner with MarCom to build and execute a launch campaign across paid, organic, social and earned media
  • KOL Development: Work with Scientific Affairs to identify and engage KOLs, organize advisory boards
  • Conference strategy: Support Conference strategy pre and post launch
  • Field Training: Collaborate with Sales Training and GLT to ensure field readiness, develop training content, and track KPIs
  • Physician Training: Coordinate with Professional Education to build simulator-based training, events, and KOL-led sessions. Manage ICE presence at Centers of Technology

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of marketing experience within medical device and/or healthcare industry
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, training program development, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team member
  • Ability to travel 15-20%, (mostly US; some global travel may be required)

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or related Master’s degree
  • Experience with promotion, KOL development, and training (field and physician)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset



Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
